I got the same issue, except well i had HDR work for me the whole time. The issue only starts occuring when i run 8800GTS 640MB in SLI though, otherwise i get excellent FPS on maxed settings. My system is: Core Duo 3.0GHz 8800 GTS 640MB 4GB RAM ...
